Hiring: Remote Operational Technology (OT) Consultant

We are a consulting firm that helps energy, utility, and oil & gas companies get more value from their industrial data. Much of our work is built around the AVEVA PI System, Databricks, Aspen IP.21, AspenTech Inmation. These are some of the leading Operational Technology (OT) platforms used by power plants, transmission and distribution utilities, and industrial facilities worldwide to collect, store, and analyze real-time operational data. We are planning to expand our team by hiring in Bangladesh. No prior operational technology experience is needed. We will train the right candidates.

How the program works

Year 1: Paid training and development. You will learn the OT systems hands-on, including data archive, asset contextualization, dashboard design, report development, analytics, and data integration, and see how these tools solve real problems for utilities and industrial clients. You will work alongside our US team on real projects as your skills grow.

After training: Consultant role. Once you are ready, you will work directly with our US clients as a remote OT consultant, designing solutions, supporting their systems, and joining client meetings. Your responsibilities and compensation will grow with you.

Who we’re looking for

• Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) graduates are preferred, especially those interested in power systems, SCADA, automation, or industrial data. CSE graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Final-year students and graduates from the last two years.
• Strong English communication. Our clients are native English speakers, and you will eventually join client calls and write technical documents.
• Genuine interest in learning new tools on your own. Basic experience with Python, SQL, reporting and data tools will be a plus.

Working arrangement

• Fully remote, from anywhere in Bangladesh.
• US business hours. Our team works on US Mountain Time, roughly 8 PM to 5 AM Bangladesh time depending on daylight saving. Please consider honestly whether this schedule works for you long-term. After the training period, when you will be comfortable to work on your own, this timing can be flexible.
• A reliable internet connection, a backup power source (UPS/IPS), and your laptop or desktop.
